Nelson Báez is president and founder of
Nelson Báez Associates Inc., which is located in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Nelson Báez Associates is a training and consulting firm which specializes in the area of Human Resource Development. Mr. Báez is a motivational speaker and an experienced trainer who is nationally recognized in the areas of Cultural Diversity, Conflict Resolution, Human Resource Development and Management Training.

Nelson Báez and his associates have trained countless agencies in both the public and private sectors, including local, county, state and federal government agencies. Mr. Báez has developed and implemented programs in the areas of counseling, career guidance, executive coaching, equity, leadership, management and personality styles.

Nelson Báez currently serves on the nine member True Colors National Advisory Board and is a True Colors National Certification Trainer. He is a Certified Master Trainer for Personality Resources International and True Colors. He also serves as the True Colors Northeast Regional Coordinator.
